NetSuite should work for the business. Not the other way around.
A faster, smarter, and more accountable approach to NetSuite, designed around outcomes—not billable hours.
Too often, NetSuite implementations are reactive, fragmented and focused on technology — not the business. TPG was founded to change that. We bring industry expertise, AI-driven delivery and a business-first mindset to every engagement, so you can get to value faster and achieve lasting results.
We didn’t build TPG to be another implementation firm.
WHY TPG EXISTS -
WE BUILT IT TO RETHINK HOW IMPLEMENTATIONS SHOULD BE DELIVERED.
ERP implementation should start with the business, not the software.
OUR APPROACH -
We believe the best outcomes happen when we truly understand your business first, make the important decisions early, and use AI to accelerate the work. While keeping experienced people accountable at every critical gate.
Pulse Architect is TPG’s AI-powered implementation intelligence and governance layer - designed to bring greater structure, speed and consistency to every engagement. It helps teams accelerate discovery, strengthen planning, preserve critical decisions and maintain accountability at every critical gate.
AI accelerates the work. Experts validate. Leaders approve.
PULSE ARCHITECT -

Outcomes, not billable hours.
OUR COMMERCIAL PHILOSOPHY-
Our delivery model is built around your success, not our utilization.
Implementation is the beginning — not the finish line.
Once your ERP is live, the opportunity to improve doesn’t stop. We’re with you for what’s next — with managed services, AI agent automation, integrations and ongoing optimization.
IMPLEMENT — OPTIMIZE — AUTOMATE — EVOLVE
